Danny Bencivenga
Born in New York and raised in South Florida, Danny earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida before obtaining his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May, 2023. While at the University of Florida, Danny was an active member of Florida Blue Key and served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since September, 2023.
Prior to joining Creed & Gowdy, Danny clerked for two federal judges in the Middle District of Florida, first with the Honorable Daniel C. Irick in Orlando, Florida, then with the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard in Jacksonville, Florida. Danny then spent one year as an Assistant Public Defender for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida.
Danny is currently the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Jacksonville Bar Association.
