Creed & Gowdy wins products-liability appeal in the Eleventh Circuit

Creed & Gowdy won a products-liability appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The case concerns a pelvic mesh manufactured by Coloplast Corp., which a jury found to be defectively designed. Coloplast appealed the $500,000 jury verdict for the plaintiff, and Bryan Gowdy and Dimitri Peteves successfully defended the verdict on appeal.
