Creed & Gowdy Wins Pro-Bono Case Upholding Constitutional Rights
Creed & Gowdy successfully overturned a trial court's entry of an injunction against a pro-bono client. The First District Court of Appeal held that trial court's actions violated the client's constitutionally guaranteed right to due process. The trial court violated this right when it did not allow the client to present testimony from a law-enforcement witness. The First District reversed the injunction and remanded to the trial court for a new hearing.
