Creed & Gowdy Wins in Tripping Hazard Appeal
Creed & Gowdy succeeded in overturning summary judgment in a trip-and-fall case. Briefing was done by Jennifer Shoaf Richardson. Oral argument was done by shareholder, Bryan Gowdy.
