Creed & Gowdy is Local Counsel for Tariff Lawsuit

Creed & Gowdy was retained by a Pensacola business, Simplified, to serve as local counsel to challenge tariffs imposed by the Trump administration.  The complaint was filed in the Northern District of Florida.  Creed & Gowdy's co-counsel, the non-profit firm New Civil Liberties Alliance, issued this press release. Reuters, Bloomberg, the Hill, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and other media outlets are covering the lawsuit.
