Creed & Gowdy Files Complaint Against DOAH

On March 12, 2026, Creed & Gowdy, P.A., Edward H. Zebersky, P.A., Berger Singerman, LLP, and MAC Legal, P.A.  filed a complaint against Florida Division of Administrative Hearings and four of its administrative law judges. The complaint alleges the DOAH court acts unconstitutionally by exercising judicial powers, which violates the Florida Constitution.
