On October 3, 2025, Ashco, Inc., co-represented by Creed & Gowdy, P.A. and in-house counsel, Morgan Ashurian, won an appeal in the Fifth DCA against Appellant, Storey Mountain, LLC. This appeal concerned whether the lower court erred in granting Appellee, Ascho, Inc.'s motion to vacate a final judgment that would have required it to pay a debt that it never owed. The Fifth District found that the trial court did not abuse its discretion and affirmed.
