Creed & Gowdy won a construction law appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The case concerns a construction project in Gainesville, Florida. After a bench trial, the district court ruled that Oelrich Construction, Inc. properly terminated a subcontractor-PRC Precast, LLC-for failing to timely meet its contractual obligations. PRC appealed the $200,188.77 judgment, and Bryan Gowdy and Dimitri Peteves successfully defended the judgment on appeal. You can listen to the oral argument here and read the court's decision here.
