We work with trial attorneys who represent individuals who have been seriously injured, or estates of those killed, by the wrongdoing of others. Our work runs the gamut: automobile and truck accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, and other statutory and tort causes of action. We are often hired to defend multi-million-dollar verdicts on appeal, but we also take difficult appeals of defense judgments. We also frequently provide pre-appeal litigation support to trial lawyers in major cases that are likely to be appealed.
We represent plaintiffs in class actions, including consumer litigation and environmental and toxic torts. Over the years, we also have worked on many matters under the federal civil rights statute, 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983.
